I do, but hardly use it anymore. Picture quality is fine over 3g gets better if your on wifi though. I use to hook my phone up to the deck in the truck and watch tv, but it will cut out depending on where I'm driving though.

How exactly does that work? The slingbox puts the signals to the router and you basically log into your router (so to speak) via the slingbox iphone app?

Can someone sitting at a computer remotely access someone else's TV/slingbox if they have the appropriate software/login information?

Say for instance...I have a slingbox setup. My mother-in-law (across town) could access (with software & login info via her computer??) our slingbox and watch our DirectTV (she has cable currently). Or am I totally off the wall?

    For you iphone guru's....

I had a FREE app which I manually (via itunes) purchased it (after the fact). I then saw another one (same app but with extra features) that I purchased.

Now, all 3 of these are showing up on the iphone.

I guess I *thought* the FREE app would upgrade and the 'extras' would be added to it thus only showing ONE app (the original one) on my iphone.

Are most apps like this - they don't combine (so to speak)? Or does it depend on the app?

I went and deleted the free one but only sync'd one of the other two. ???
    Thoughts?

I thought about getting the slingbox setup but just never got around to buying it. After having netflix on here I found out that I probably wouldn't use it that much. With netflix, I watch a few movies here and there but it wouldn't justify the cost of buying the sligbox.

On another note... Jailbreaking is the way to go. The main reason I did this is to be able to customize everything on the iPhone. This includes the lock screen, home screen, application icons, text tones, ringtones, and even watch free movies that are still in theaters. And all of this is FREE with no problems so far, and I've had it done for a year now.

they are different apps so to speak so all 3 will show unless you remove them

the free "lite" version and then paid "full" version and then the "extra super deluxe" version

Crap...I wasted $2  buying the 'extra' part thinking it was an adder to the $2 upgrade part. Oh the learning curve.....

Microsoft Photosync. Stitches together panoramic photos. Does an amazing job. I took a pic of the whole sky on a cool cloudy day and got the horizon all the way around. Its like a planetarium. (FREE)

yup this app is awesome i also have skyview it's a similar app which i like better. Also try mapquest4mobile free gps app works great, windalert app with real time wind useful for flying kites surfing ect, myradar great during storms, tapatalk good for viewing this forum on your phone, and Rev or rev lite app which can diagnose your Tacoma and help you save fuel with a wi-fi obd reader such as the KIWI, ipothole for us who live with crappy streets in canada it warns you about potholes, Itorch4 uses the flash for the brightest phone flashlight ever, crackle for free movies and tv. Pls give me more app suggestions.

Yea I like this phone4 by the way the kuda mounts work and look great for your phone.

Anyone know a Photoshop app for the iPhone? The ones I see in the app store don't loom like what I want to do.
