Where are the pics of your rewire?

I know the lc7i instructions said a speaker wire was enough. I'm planning on putting a 2amp fuse in between it and the power supply

It is behind my amp rack and I didn't take any pics of it. I'm not sure what you mean by rewire but I think you are wasting your time with that.

I thought maybe you removed the second set of wire running to the door speakers when installing the lc7i. Would have been a PITA so I understand why you didn't

When I install my wire harness and speedwire I will remove all the extra wire I have running from the inside of my doors to the signal processor. I will take pics of it then because I think I'm going to relocate it to the storage under the seat instead of behind the amp rack

Ahhh. I was considering the same but it's so small it will easily fit under the passenger seat without impending foot space

Yeah, the kicker Zxsum8 is wider and I don't think it will fit under the drivers seat

So was the JBL audio not up to par or do you just like having top of the line? I know factory JBL isn't going to be the best, but I was hoping it would be good enough.

I didn't want it with my truck because I had already planned on upgrading everything. For what it is, it's great. Not worth the $3k option though, not even $1k. But to each their own. I had a previous JBL setup in a previous vehicle and was happy with it, that's why I stuck with the same brand. This time installing everything myself and going to do the whole system.

Been working on the truck this weekend huh? Saw that you installed a pop & lock on the what have you done thread. Any other progress on the audio?

I did the pop & lock and took out the rear interior looking for a grommet so I wouldn't have to run the wire all the way up to the front firewall. Didn't find one. Thought about ripping everything out and doing the RAAM mat but gonna save that for another day. There's so much crap to yank. I'll just start on the doors first. Sub enclosure has been ordered and will be a few weeks before arrival. In the meantime I'm just waiting on my suspension parts to come in also. Hopefully by the end of this week.

What did you get for your suspension?

Curious, what length wire is everyone running for AMP power? I need to run it to the back wall from the battery. The AMP will be behind the passenger seat. I can either A) run it across the engine bay to the passenger side grommet then along the cab to the back wall or B) run it from the battery to the driver side grommet then along the cab to the back wall and cross over to the passenger side.

I don't want to not order enough wire but I also don't want to have WAY too much wire. +/- a couple feet would be good. Truck is a DOUBLE-CAB. Thanks in advance

Finished up both driver side doors. Used about 10 sheets, onto the passenger side. Oh, no cut knuckles either!
