What kind of turtle??? My son feel in love with the red eared sliders when we went to petsmart last. Been researching and am considering getting him a couple or 4 painted turtles (eastern or southern painted) for his birthday in the spring (basement will hopefully be done by then).

Mines a painted turtle. dad's friend gave him to me when I was younger. Pretty sure he is a wild one and not from a pet store based off his size haha most pet store turtles don't get much bigger then a hand but I'm not 100% sure. He will outlive my entire family tho haha I have had him for 18 years so chances are he is 20+ yrs old already.

I do enjoy good sound too! But it gets expensive pretty quick!

    Aquariums are nice!
$$$ haha mod money or cool fish?
Wash and detail stuff is always a good idea imo, wheel offroad or nit, everyone like a clean truck!
True! Haven't seen him in a while!

I am think of getting a pair of each type. They should stay about 4-6 inches. Keep em in a 55 or 75 gal tank with a tank top basking area.
