@fatfurious2 looks like it'll just be us two on the drive in the morning. Just come by my place at 7 and we'll leave from there. Do you want to stop somewhere and grab breakfast or just eat beforehand? I vote stop since I don't have much food at home.

It's just a gnarly CMC essentially. It's the most you can take it back without just relocating it back a few inches.

From what I can tell from the pic, yeah. I don't know the exact details on installing it but I'd imagine that's about it.

Ready to make my soft shackles and winch extension out of my old winch line. Also, got those female foglight connectors. Seems I'm accumulating parts and will have a lot to do when the weather changes a bit. Soon I'll have those coilovers and then just need to get UCAs, longer brake lines, and maybe do something for the rear suspension. Currently TSB leafs with AAL and 5100s

What do you need longer brake lines for? They're not needed in the front with the OME set up.

EDIT: also is that heat shrink? That looks oddly satisfying being that long

Not sure about the brake lines. Figured I needed em. If and when I change the back, will I need them? Going to get a full leaf pack.

Yeah the heat shrink is 3 feet long and is lined with adhesive. Not gonna lie, a smile creeped across my face when I pulled it out if the packaging.

The front really isn't necessary. You could do +1" if you were going extended length coilovers, but even that's just for peace of mind and definitely not needed for our OME. In the rear it depends what shocks you'll be running. In an ideal situation, the leafs would be the limiting factor in droop so to achieve that you'd need B110 and +4" rear brake lines and you'll get a few more inches of droop. With regular 5100s or the OME rear shocks, the shock itself is the limiting factor of droop, therefor you'll never go low enough to need new brake lines.

I say not ideal, but loads of people run the full OME set up (where the shock is the limiter) and they don't have issues. Hell, I've had a rear tire in the air plenty of times with no ill effect and I have OEM brake lines.

Eventually I'll be switching to B110 and +4" for the extra droop

B110 (extended 5100s) and +4" rear brake lines.

To get more you're looking at a rear shock relocate and possibly a shackle flip to get more droop out of the leafs. That's quite a bit of fab work and money IMO.

i run b110s the expo leafs extend beyond the length of the travel of the b110s. A 12 inch shock should fix that but will require new mount points to not bottom out on compression.

i have +4 lines in front and its too much....rear lines are a must with new packs

    damn, +4 in front???

I think I have +2. Yea, fronts are not necessary as a +. Just get stock length. The stainless braided do make a difference in pedal feel though

Yeah they do. When I swapped the front end on my motorcycle, I changed all the lines out for stainless braided. Huge difference over the rubbers
