    This is too much!

    I’m trying my hands at homemade fries for the first time. I don’t have a thermometer to fry them stovetop, and didn’t want to risk messing them up. Going the oven route (but of course they’re covered in oil and salt to be crispy)

    Poutine time! It was definitely good, but now I want to try some professional poutine. My fries were less than perfect (but still surprisingly good)

    OHH that would have been a lot better. I didn't take the curds out of the fridge until right before putting them on, so I had hot gravy, warm fries and cold curds :rofl:
