I’m trying my hands at homemade fries for the first time. I don’t have a thermometer to fry them stovetop, and didn’t want to risk messing them up. Going the oven route (but of course they’re covered in oil and salt to be crispy)

 

All you gotta do is get a skillet and heat until that oil is “wavin” and toss them things in there!

 

Well, too late now! Hopefully these turn out ok.

 

Forgot to take pics of the rifle and the burrito, but think I'm gonna get a little 15-22. I did take a pic of the hk vp9 that I fell in love with though

Poutine time! It was definitely good, but now I want to try some professional poutine. My fries were less than perfect (but still surprisingly good)

the perfect poutine is when the gravy n fries r so hot it actually melts the cheese curds ..... now I'm craving poutine lol it looks delicioussss

OHH that would have been a lot better. I didn't take the curds out of the fridge until right before putting them on, so I had hot gravy, warm fries and cold curds
