I've got to add some rear floods, I want to mount them on the back of my bed bars but take it out fairly often for hauling big shit. Is there an easy way to put a disconnect on the wiring?

 

I would use bullet connectors on my motorcycle wiring. It's like a male or female space terminal but more streamlined and seemed to hold better.

Do they work well outside?

 

The ones I posted are weather resistant, I use them on my truck but I always use electrical tape just in case. Extra water proofing.
