I spend more time on Amazon than I'm proud to admit. It's a great website if you're looking for stuff that isn't exactly top of the line.

I got the rigid midnight series off eBay for 160.

The Cali raised brackets were delivered today and I screwed the pooch , they are cowl mounts. What I get for not paying attention

I suppose they arent that bad, just a little more involved install. Was hoping for a quick swap out, crash and burn.

you could always just sell them, or not do the swap. honestly I would just bite the bullet and buy the ones I intended too and chalk it up to a lesson learnt. I personally wouldn't want to do the cowl mounts.

are u sure those are cowl mounts? hahaha it even says, Hood Mount lol I don't know anything about DL brackets but I would have thought those mount on the hood. even one of the comments would imply they mount on hood

yeah and pay 100000$$ in shipping  the TRD is honestly the most cost effective IMO. it also has good reviews in regards to no drone. I have looked at the URD systems before tho, I might take a gander lol I figure since I'm taking the exhaust apart to install the y pipe I may as well spruce things up a little bit haha if I was completely made of money I would use it as an excuse to SC hahahaha

EDIT: another reason I do like the TRD is because its all one piece, all these aftermarket ones are 3 pieces, which means they clamp together unless u drop coin to get them welded. clamps = more potential leaks.

Haha shipping would be a bitch. I will say though, David’s urd system sounds reallly good. His stock y pipe and trs exhaust, not so much. Wish we could have heard urd y pipe with trd muffler for comparison purposes.

I'm sure it will sound good, I think @DoubleRGirl is rocking the TRD. it helps that the URD Y pipe eliminates the rear cat. from what I have gathered it is fairly quiet when idling, and has a decent rumble on acceleration. I'm not looking to make it sound like a V8 haha I hate drone. my boss has the MBRP exhaust on his F150. sure it sounds bad ass as he is driving by, but get in that thing and drive around all day, it gives me a headache lol I don't feel like spending tons of money on the exhaust system, and it adds up real quick when u start converting USD into CND and adding shipping, I also want something I can install in my driveway so I don't have to pay a shop to install it. I know some Magnaflow systems sound good, as a matter of fact there are a lot of options that sound good but the cost effective ones (under 800 cnd) tend to drone so people add in resonators, then that adds to the cost.
