I had the scouts out camping once and we heard a bunch of coyotes off in the distance for a good while. Then about an hr later a pack of dogs chasing raccoons came flying into the camp. 2 of the boys freaked out and wanted to go home. I couldn't stop laughing because it scared everyone and startled me. The dads that were with me just gave me a look like where did you take us camping. The boys and dads thought the dogs were the coyotes we heard earlier these are city folk mind you. Now I have been in the woods and around animals my entire life so this wasn't anything I hadn't seen before so it was very comical to me. I think I pissed myself from laughing so hard. One of the dads went running to his car and the boys tried to get up and run away but they were just tripping over each other.

Had a fun welding project today. Took 2” bar stock and made a bump stop spacer out of it. I notched the bar every 3” and bent it into a square, then laid two pieces on top. Took a surprisingly long time but was a lot of fun. These will be welded on the frame where th bump stop strikes.

Haha in the back. That’d be ridiculous if I had to limit uptravel in the front by 2”.

I was just making a joke that today is the first day of spring, and we have 6+ inches of snow on the ground.

A nice day in my book is above 60 and sunny.
