The # and amt. of flamable shit that is piled into the trailers when we take the scouts camping is astonishing and if someone takes that trailer out it'll go boom not much protection in the walls of the trailer.

Rear frame

...after being rear ended by this swimming pool company van 40mph. Never hit the brakes. Driver and passenger both were looking on the floor for dropped cell phone...

My armor bumper was pointed down at the ground. And look at where the tailgate took the hit. If I'd a had a swingout with a jerry can and propane tank on it, who's to say that I may not be here right now? Not saying my chances would've been 0%, but I DO like my chances better without igniteable liquids in an area of direct impact

Could also just unpin the spare carrier. Thats what I used to do, 2 pins and 2 bolts and it's off pretty easily. Currently I switched to spare in the bed.
