My truck is not optimal for wheeling right now.

I think I’m gonna do a welding day at my place this weekend. Maybe bring stuff that you need welded? You can borrow my welder.

@HolyHandGrenade - will my 4.5 gallon Porter Cable compressor work with the plasma cutter that you have? If it will, maybe I’ll order one up and hope it gets to my doorstep before the weekend.

I’m thinking this weekend because my wife and daughter are gonna be out-of-country for a week. Which means I have a spare car in case my truck is incapacitated.

I’m gonna weld up my Cam Tab gussets and a couple other small things.

Ugh I gotta go those. My OEM cam tabs are ugly. I did some other things yesterday though. Rear diff fluid change, retorqued my whole rear suspension after last weeks install, put my skids back on, painted the rest of the rear axle and whatever else I could find to paint under there.

I really don’t know. I don’t know what that compressor puts out. I don’t know the plasmas minimum requirements.

I never cared to look into it because I knew I wouldn’t have to worry about it.

Take your blow gun, set the regulator to 60 PSI. However long it’ll maintain 60 PSI, is how long you’ll be able to run the plasma in one shot.

I might’ve been interested in swinging by, but I’m headed to NH this weekend. Taking the Hobart and the Plasma to do a little project for my Folks.

I should just order the plasma no matter what. I think my compressor should be fine.
Can you link me again to that Plasma cutter please?

This 11 lb propane tank is the perfect size! Perfect measurements for a swingout. Next to a regular 20 lb tank for comparison.

I have nothing on there right now, so I’ll put the propane tank and one Jerry can on there.
