    I don't dare go there.

When I did mine, it was a bitch. We got the DS rear loose, but for some reason it wouldn't pull out of the hard line fitting. Something about the way the soft line fitting and hard line fitting connected together prevented it. Luckily we had a brake line flare kit and plenty of hard tubing. Ended up having to make our own hard line.

Ouch, that's a major pain. I was going to just replace my hard line, but dealers wanted $45 for the fucking thing! And gunny could do it for $15 shipped. Luckily I managed to get it separated with the help of vice grips so I didn't need a new line

When we did my rear suspension a couple weeks later, I knicked the hard line we made with a grinder. Surprisingly it didnt cut thru the whole thing, but there's a C hair left before it breaks thru. New hard line from Toyota dealer was around $10 or $15

Why start now? I enjoy being the red headed step child here. Plus I deserve it most of the time. But I agree all the time.

Yea I started hitting them with PB earlier in the week. And a wire brush. Still super nervous about them. I may just throw my new exhaust on instead if I lose my nerve.

And Oceana's Hobby Shop has a sand blaster. So my CBI rack is going to get the beat down too.

I was super nervous when I did mine. It's not like they'll spontaneously round off though. If you're met with a lot of resistance, then stop what you're doing and revisit it another time. Or if you DO round it off, it's not the end of the world. The brake lines will still be connected and you can drive away.
