I've been lifted. Squeak started after the last couple times wheeling.

If they are seized get ready with the sawzall and a BFH and some cussing and walking away for a bit because it's a total PITA to get bolts out that are seized in bushing sleeves. I can't count how many times that crap has happened turning wrenches no fun that's for sure. If you have a oxy/acetylene rig that makes life easier as well.

Oh that's definitely a bushing squeak. There is no grease fittings for your UCA bushings are there? That to me sounds like a dry urethane bushing squeak vs a rubber bushing squeak. If you don't have grease zerks in the UCAs at the bushings I highly recc drilling tapping and installing them. Urethane bushings need to be "wet" so to speak to not make noise. It's the nature of the beast when it comes to modifying your vehicle.

By the way that's nothing compared to my fully rigid mounted 240 that thing is pure race car sounding.

UCAs have zerks on the BJ but nowhere else. LCAs are OEM. Not sure if its upper or lower that's making noise. I'll bet lower. I had someone temporarily gusset my cam tabs with weld. They didnt drop my LCAs, and I think they cooked em.

    Thanks for the tips

Ummm yeah they probably cooked them. You can take a long screw driver or something like that and put it on the control arm where the bushing is and then have someone jounce the truck to make the squeak and pinpoint which bushing it is. It's like having a stethoscope and will be loudest where the noise is.

I’m gonna swing by my other go-to HD to see if I can find the same stuff. I want to buy out all the gear oil. They only had three qts at this first store.

That's the proper way to be enjoying summer! When it's a nice day out I'm on here less as well, since I'm usually out doing something on the truck.
