@ChadsPride theres no way I’m making 100 of these damn plugs  this is so much work. Just the initial sand down averages 2.5 min. Just to sand 100 plugs down would take 4 hours :bananadead: if you decide you wanna plug them, I’ll sell you all the material at cost, including paint, and ship it for free.

Making good progress on these plugs! All that’s left is to sand the bondo and paint them. Paint will get here tomorrow.

Took of my fender flares and making color matched plugs! I have to sand down fender clips, bondo and sand, and then paint.

 No not quite. Had to remove the front flares to trim the fender, and figured what the hell. I had hammered my fender back, but it looked like hell so I wanted to clean it up.

I found like 2 pounds of mud in each rear flare, so I’m glad I did it. That’s how sheet metal rusts!!

Yeah at that point it’s best to just get rid of them. I like the look of fenderless/trimmed fenders. I wish I could run it but it would make my 265s look like a bunch of donut tires.

Well I just finished prepping 35 clips for paint. Cut, sanded, filled with bondo and sanded again only took 3.5 hours  Paint arrives tomorrow!

    Everything TW members recommend
Are you sanding each one by hand? That would really suck.

Yes, yes I am. I'm sanding them with 120, 400, 600, 1200, and 1500. This is why it's taking FOREVER but came out great.

    You need a belt sander.

Hell even an orbital sander would make this easier.

I do have a belt sander. Power tools would make it easy to fuck up though because these things are so thin.
