Are you using the spring compressor to avoid the need for an alignment? I always like to follow your build, so what did I miss as to why or what are you doing to require a compressor?

Yes, that's exactly it! I have a new noise coming from up front, so this weekend I took the front tires off and checked everything out and torqued it down. Everything seems alright, except the bushings on my coilovers are shot. I knew this already, so I already have new parts ready to be installed.

I'll need to disassemble the coilover and usually I just do the method where I loosen the alignment bolts and disassemble it that way. Only downside is an alignment is needed afterwards.

What I will likely end up doing is just marking where each alignment tab is very precisely, and then just put them back in that spot. That should be good since no other factors will be changed.

So my 22" Amazon lightbar that I bought 6 weeks ago already has moisture from all this crazy ass rain. I hit up amazon because technically the light is advertised as waterproof, and they're gonna let me return it for a full refund. This next light will get sealed up before install!

Now the squeaking is different. Not sure if because new or I'm an idiot. But soon as I got the shaft off the cb was for sure bad.

    Thanks!
Thanks! Took so long to decide on when I'll do it haha took around 3 hours, including putting back the tools in the toolbox and also took off my brake pads pins, wire wheeled them and put sone anti seized and put back. Ride nice!

Now the question is! I now sit 1/4" under what I had before with the spacer lift, do I need an alignment?

I definitely would!! Unless you plan on adding a 1/4” spacer, then do that first.

Did you check your angles? That bearing needs to be a certain way to achieve the correct angle, or so I've read.

I actually read that some guys after adding a lift discovered that it was upside down from the factory. When they flipped it, it corrected the angles and the vibrations disappeared.

Likey just more useless info from the guy that doesn't know squat about lifts. Me.

It's not vibes, it's a terrible squeaking. It's got the cb drop on it now. I'm probably going to remove it tomorrow to see what that does.

    Did that yesterday.
