I've done nothing but sweat the past two days and I hate it. I sweat too easily.

Also I wouldn't mind some more stickers. Used my last one to rep on my shell! Still repping on the back glass too.

I can do better than that. How about a hundred year old family recipe? Handed down from my great grandmother to my grandmother to me.

First you take some bread, about a loaf or two. Lay it all out on your dining room table overnight. Then the next day take a roaster chicken (4 lb. min) or two (depends on how many are coming to dinner) and boil it with some celery (a stalk, all of it, leaves too cut into half in. pieces), onion (at least 1 large one diced up, maybe two, yellow, sweet is ok), bay leaves (like 2 or 3), thyme (about a bunch), salt (no less than a tbsp) , pepper (don't get crazy but about a tsp) for a couple hours in a giant pot of water (no less than 2 gals). Once the chicken is falling off the bone strain it all and keep the liquid. Separate the chicken from the veg. Now, take that bread and cut it up in cubes. Mix the very wet veggies with the bread adding water a little at a time so that it's more than moist but not sticky. Let it sit. Take all the chicken off the bone. Get the chicken water boiling and add AP flour a tbsp at a time whisking until you have a decent gravy going. Salt & pepper to taste, or go Maryland style and add Old Bay to taste. Once the gravy is boiling use your hand to form the stuffing into balls. No larger than baseball's, but larger than golf balls. Add them to the gravy about a dozen at a time. If needed, make two pots of gravy so you can make more "dumplings" because people will want to eat as many as possible. Let them boil slowly making sure to stir them gently for at least an hour or more. You want them to firm up in the gravy, absorb the gravy yet never settle on the bottom of the pot and burn. Stir them gently, over no more than a low to medium fire! If the gravy is popping and bubbling the fire is too high! About a half hour before serving add the chicken back to the gravy. While all this is happening you can boil some carrots and potatoes with some more celery and onion. We would put it in the bowl before adding a dumpling or two with the chicken and gravy.

This also works with beef, venison, duck, boar, goose or just about any other wild game. Not so much with seafood.

This is the first time in the hundreds of times making it have I made it public. Consider yourself part of the family. My great grandmother was born in the late 1800's and my grandmother was born in 1915. Their names were Anna Kiggins and Gertrude May. Both of Irish heratige.

    Sla'inte!

Ordered an insulating cover for my fridge this morning. Two days ago it was set to 37* but it was hovering around 55* and couldn't get it colder when the heat was at it's peak. That wouldn't be any good if there was actual food in there that would've spoiled.

I'm also looking at inexpensive seat covers for when I inevitably get them muddy with no doors on
