So why go that far with the skid? Have you hit the front half of you DS or the CB area before?

Without, and paint them a different color! Or if you don’t paint them, then keep them. Looks like a black hole with silver wheels

You got me all messed up with the option of painting them haha the paint is pretty worn of course, I don't want to paint them and look goofy like someone we know with a red surround on his blue truck:boink: of course a refresh wouldn't hurt lol but for the time being, with or without? Haha

    What's something like that worth?!

I'll cut you a deal that doesn't involve sexual favors. Unless you insist.

Hmmmm does the elec actuator work or is it what is causing the stuck engaged? What I am getting at it's either mechanically stuck or electronically stuck the only real way to know is start pulling stuff apart and see. Then go from there on the repair. My guess is the actuator is starting to act up and connections internally are all corroded and not making good contact like the actuators on the T-case and front axle.

Not yet but I’ll try anything easy first.

I found a thread about pulling the actuator. I guess end of the raid is pulling it. I’ve never dealt with it before but the write up is pretty straight forward. Gonna give it a go when I get home from work tomorrow, just glad it’s not my dd or I’d have to call out.

Read this post. At the very bottom it mentions how to engage/disengage the e locker manually. You just unbolt the cover and slide the collar over with a screwdriver
