Mayhap. Your spindle gussets will be the determining factor.

Floyd, I did not have to cut my fenders when I ran 295/70r17. Just had to trim off the bottom edge of the flare. But pinch weld had to go. That is with 4.25" BS wheels and a 1" spacer.

Wouldn't that really only apply to adjustable upper BJs, like light racing? Wouldn't a fixed upper like JBA, then maxing out the caster eccentrics would move the lower BJ further forwards? That's how I understand it.

The first night there I literally heard gunshots....if we move there, we're going to buy a house farther away, like chesepeake, and just have a 20 min commute.

So really unless we change lowers, we're limited in how far we can truly move everything forward away from the firewall, right?

Yeah that's kinda what I thought. I see people running LR with like 6* caster and they're like "well I still rub", so that makes sense because they're just moving the upper bj backwards

Yeah I think I'll float around 3 as well. I like the way it drives and I don't rub anymore, so I'm happy.

it keeps it interesting. the last house i flipped had a bullet hole in the front door when i bought it. My painters were working one day and they told me there was a guy running down the street shooting at someone. sold that house for $335K too. freaking hipsters want to be in these areas for some reason.

There is only so much adjustment available in the lower eccentrics.
All of the aftermarket UCAs biuld the upper BJ farther back then stock location to acheive higher caster numbers.

That's legit how Portsmouth is. Gunshots in broad daylight, but the property value is high.

#RandyFab strikes again. The other day when I was replacing all my u joints, I noticed my RCI diff skid had a crack in it. When I got it from @Subway4X4 the skid was well used, but it was winter so I just threw it on anyways. Today I got around to a much needed face lift. Cleaned it up, wire wheeled it, heated and hammered it sorta straight again and welded the crack. Just need to get some rust primer and repaint it.

You can see here how bent the left side is. I heated it with a torch and hammered it back into place with a BFH.

    Too many to list.
    Your welding keeps getting better.

I always wanted to learn how to weld..I was a welder help hand at a shipyard when I was a kid and half of my family were master welders.

    Nice job Randy, seriously.
