I keep doing that, however it still wont engage on command. I might have to pull the guts out and look at it.

Yeah that wouldnt hurt. I've read that the more you engage it then the better it gets at engaging. I think you just need to wheel more.

Where the heck are you seeing it that cheap? Everything I'm seeing for that is $500+ based on my preliminary search.

    edit: nevermind, $370 on Amazon

I'm curious on what the real difference is between the two. Reading this, they both sound the same minus the better road mannerisms of the no slip. Is it weaker? Doesn't lock as easily? I'm genuinely curious

Alright @BravesTaco95 I'm sold. Looks like no slip really is the way to go, especially since it's only $370 right now. Everything I read on some jeep forums is that they perform the same and lock up, but also unlock easier on the road.

Noise and some twitching at highway speeds are more with the lockrite. The no slip is designed to act more like a lsd in turns and such.

    Everything TW members recommend
    ^^^ this

I’ve wheeled a lot on dirt and mud roads since I bought the truck in 2004. Even as a stock truck for 11 years, (before I latched onto TW,) I always used 4H, 4L and the e-locker as much as possible.

My locker has always engaged instantaneously without fail. *knock on wood.
