He has them on a fishing reel actually. That way he doesn’t drag them on the ground while driving down the road.

Hm...good thing he didn't listen to a fellow tacomaworld member and buy +6" brake lines that scrape the ground.

HAHA Thanks Guys! That was a fun read. Yeah sway bars are definitely coming back off for then next wheeling trip later this month. Obviously they don't do to much if I couldn't tell they were broken haha.
Oh and my brake line is only about an 1.5 inches longer, my truck just uses a single brake line for the rear which T's off on the top center of the dif. So lucky for me while off road flexing, the brake lines aren't extended all that much. I was actually getting away with the stock brake line. But I was putting new wheel cylinders in the rear so I figured I would upgrade the brake line since I was bleeding the system.

:amen: haha. Always room for more flex though! Glad I got some use out of the sway bar. I will have to beef of the links and see if I can get any actual body control with the bar. Otherwise that will be the extent of my efforts to make the truck more street mannered.

So you’re in for sure for the 25th? Are you thinking aoaa or rausch?

Yeah I'm all clear for the 25th. hmm always a tough choice. I think Rausch is more fun (could be because I know the area better) but AOAA is much cheaper.
I think I'll put my vote in for Rausch...and maybe if we we end up there, explore the NE property since never been there, at least I haven't really.

Only thing kinda holding me back has been an on going 4wd issue, it's been going on for the last couple trips, just kept my mouth shut about it. But this past weekend was the first time it actually popped out of 4wd. Just had to mess with the vacuum routing to get it to reengage. But I will take that as a sign it wants to be actually fixed this time. I have intention to correct it this weekend...another thing putting off that swing out table. But I will try to get my measurements before the trip.

I'd like to throw my vote in for AOAA. We only did green trails there the last time out, and that was my only time there. Honestly the extra gas cost to go to AOAA kills the fact that its cheaper, so I dont really care either way.

Dang, I really hope it gets sorted out. 4wd is pretty damn necessary. And yeah measurements would be great!
I think I’m going to vote rausch solely because I want to go up that really flexy hill where a locker is key. Just to test my new one out. If we do another trip a couple weeks later with Adam, we can do aoaa.
