    Love some beefaroni! We usually go sausage links and eggs in the AM, sandwiches for dinner and some sort meat (usually hamburgers/hot dogs) for supper.

    As for PSR...I'd give myself about a 6.5. I think I can hold my own pretty well in the wilderness but haven't been tested so I'll just stick to an above average rating.

    So far longest I've done recently is just an overnight trip, but that's just because I haven't had the time. I'd love to do longer trips, but just need to build up to that to get my gear all set up for a smooth trip.

    We should plan a two night trip soon to green ridge or the place you went last night! I'm constantly off for 3-4 days, so it should be fairly easy. Weekends are the hard part.
