Well Jaime, I was raised old school and was taught from an early age that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

I had hoped we could be forum friends and that we would pass on our separate forms of knowledge to those willing to accept it. There is a lot that he says that I can buy but when I don't I certainly am not gonna say derogatory things about him.

Even if I felt I was a genius on a particular subject, which I know I am not on any, I would offer a alternative thought to the other person so that they could find the truth themselves. I would certainly not debate the facts online aggressively. I would definitely not slander someone openly, except maybe in fun. He did both of those things. And that's cool. This is a free speech country and and that is his right. He didn't break any forum rules. He certainly didn't break my heart.

Like I said, I thought we could be friends. I see now that's not possible and that's ok. I have enough quality friends that one less won't matter.

 

Yeah, I've been around better than a half a century. I learned a long time ago that in life we will encounter a lot of different personalities. Some good, some not so good. It's how we handle them that defines us.

 

I still have like 3 or 4 left from the mod day LOL. They are very good with steamed crabs.

That front aluminum skid is tempting. I think I need to let some more dust settle though since I went a little over (double) the allotted amount the wife and I discussed for the lift. Plus her BDay is in Feb and we are talking Vegas for a week.

But I am tempted as hell!!!!!! I need to sell those damn OEM tube steps. And I have some LEDs I could sell. Would pay for the skid.
