Yeah the old style ones with an aal, which is equal to the new Hd ones. I love them and have no complaints. I’m just overloading them so after 3 years/~40k miles they’re a little tired. Taking them off and selling them now before they get past the point of no return.

Well hopefully you have the same luck on your new set. I even plastic lined mine and they quit squeaking for about 5 minutes. People stare at me when i go through parking lots because of the squeaks.

Exactly! I’m unsure on exact carrying capacity but I guesstimate around 800-900 lbs. regular hd is 660

    Oh...sorry! I missed that!

The plain view/sight doctrine is an exception to the warrant requirement which allows officers to seize items which they observe and immediately recognize as evidence or contraband while they are lawfully present in an area protected by the 4th Amendment.

Oh ok yeah I knew that one. You were describing seeing a printed gun and I took it as open carry vs conceal. Well it's not like it was hidden and needed a warrant to notice the illegal evidence.

You'd probably find this interesting that about 8 yrs ago a huge drug dealer sued the state saying getting pulled over for a malf. turn signal is illegal. Lawsuit came about because of his traffic stop which then a search insued and lots of contraband was found. What makes me laugh is about 5 yrs ago the state tried passing a law where even if you have 1 tag light out it allows police to search your vehicle (thankfully this was shot down very quickly). This was under the guise that if you have a tag light or both out you are doing so to hide something it's being accusatory without knowing anything. Well because of the drug dealers lawsuit cops aren't even really allowed or told to pull you over for lights being out nor does it fail inspection anymore . Hell inspection stations won't even sell you a bulb or care to fix a light being out. I wouldn't mind a police officer pulling me over to let me know I have a taillight our or something as long as he doesn't go down the fishing quesions route we're good.
