Looks like Sunday and Monday will be in the 50s, so I think I’ll try and weld up my spindle gussets!

@EatSleepTacos where are your light cut outs on ur rear? are they on the outside of the recovery points or between the recovery points and license plate?

I added my own lights, and added them between recovery points and license plate. If you order cut outs from joe then they come between the recovery point and the edge.

ouuuuuu good news hahaha that was one of my questions. I know it seems silly, but I actually want my tow receiver below the bumper :crapstorm:. I really do not want to have to flip down my license plate to tow my boat. so I want the lights on the outside and have a hole put on the inside (between the recover point and license plate on the driver side) for the tow plug

On all bumpers there's a relocate for the tow plug already that holds it perpendicular to the ground.

As far as moving the hitch below the bumper, I doubt they'd be able to accommodate that. It'd just require a lot of design changes. Flipping up the license plate is really no big deal and they supply all bumpers with the flip up bracket. Other than that, you could relocate your license plate?

That coal dust/dirt at AOAA is viscous on parts. A guy that just moved to SC grew up in that area and knows the whole history of the place. He said that shit is hell on parts wonder if some of that crap got in there and destroyed the bearing. The bearing should of been sealed better than that though.

Yeah maybe. Gates responded and sent me a warranty claim form, and I'll need to fill that out and mail it in, along with the destroyed idler pulley. I'm going to do it solely to see what they say.
