The second one may be superceded by the first that happens a lot and unless you have access to Toyota's parts system it's hard to find that info on the interwebs sometimes

No, as far as I know they're shorter than ours. I think the 3rd gen 4runner and 1st gen tacoma are the same though.

yeah i found it cheaper on Amazon. genuine Toyota. its like 70 bucks.

on a side note, i have found that some of the US P# are different then the P#'s up here. came across that a few times in other threads where me and someone else found the same part on the same diagram but with different number. one was from .com and the other was .ca

so if i do end up changing out my leafs for some Dakars. what bushings are recommended to put in these babies to avoid some squeeks? been reading up and it sounds like a toss up between wheelers and dobinsons. is it worth putting the dobinsons greaseable bolt in? also wondering if i should change out the shackle bushings as well?

I would just buy this kit, as it includes the shackle bushing as well. It's what I run and no squeaks *from the bushings*. My leafs squeak but it's from salt and grit getting between the leafs. I didn't start squeaking until the first snow fall.

The squeak comes from not having spring pads is what I thought. You don't need the greasable bolts unless you go with urethane and even then it's a toss up. You can get greasable bolts cheaper on e-trailer, summit racing, etc. Just need to know the length and size.
