Ok guys i am starting to have an issue with my taco. It started a month ago when it git sucked into a massive snow drift. Light steering is ok. When i try to corner hard or turn my sterring wheel past 1/3 seems like it wants to fight me. Any one heard of this? Did i possibly breaksomething? I was only going 30 when i hit it. And yes it dented my skid plate. And broke some plastic under the truck as well.

 

Check your intermediate shaft on your steering linkage. That’s right where it inputs into the steering rack. That u joint can get corroded and make for some stiff steering. Spray some pb blaster on it and if your steering gets better, there’s your problem.

Bought switches for in cab winch controls. Got them mounted and bench tested, so now just need to wait for the new 5 pin connector to come in so I can button it all up.
