Thanks Rob! Wasnt sure I was gonna like the red, but once I saw it all cleaned up and in person, I fell in love with it.

 

Naaaa, it's a classy deep red. Very nice! It's a great looking car.

 

@boogie3478 How did you mount your ultragauge? Ever do a video on it?

 

Still need to do that vid but I'll be using the 1/2" ram ball mounts/arm and using the A-Pillar. Those smaller ram balls are ridiculously expensive though.

 

Thanks! Now to get rid of the chrome accents, get some tint on it, and do some quality of life upgrades.

 

Why not just go with the 1" ram ball mounts they are all over and from what I've seen sometimes cheaper than the smaller stuff since a lot of companies make things for that size. It's what I used for my phone mount and the GPS set up.

 

I had some of the 1/2" pieces already and the ball on the back of the UG was 1/2" as well.

 

Floor mats, phone holder, dashcam, autodim side mirrors, and remote start. Just a few things to start with.

 

Like dimming side mirrors. Hands down my favorite mod I did to my subie

So they dim like flipping the switch on a rearview mirror so headlights don't bother you??? That sounds sweet. Closest I came to that was one of my old Audis had blue tinted antiglare side mirrors.

 

Yup. Its powered by the rearview mirror. So basically as soon as headlights hit the sensor on the rearview mirror, it dims all 3 mirrors.

 

Can you get this in a Tacoma?

 

Now that I do not have an answer for. I have not seen it on the tacomas.

 

My auto dim rear view mirror in my truck is one of my favorite mods so far. I wish I could do the side mirrors too! That'd be epic!
