Managed to snag a lightly used MSS off eBay for $139 shipped. Intermediate bag is a little dirty on the outside of the head area but that’s it. My wife got issued one and I used it on a couple winter trips last winter and I was sold. Next weekend will be mid 30s up at aoaa so I wanted to get one for myself, since she had to turn her hers back in.

Because he wants to exchange his time waiting for his tires to fill for his time going to Roberts Oxygen.

If I average one trip per month, I’ll save 2 hours and 15 min per year in airing up. With a 15 lb tank I’ll need to fill it twice per year. Each trip maybe 30-40 min so overall I’ll still be saving time DAVE

But to answer your question, saves time while airing up. 45 seconds with CO2 vs 3:30 with the dual arb. Less draw on the electrical system. Can reseat a bead with ease and if I really want to, run air tools.

Well today I will be picking up a fortuner. It is a toyota. I wanted the Surf or Hylux but will settle on a mini suv.

At the cost of being reliant on an outside source....you run out of co2 and you’re bumming a ride or asking to use a compressor.

Make your own DirtLife on youtube did a comparison and has links for the parts needed to make your own for a few hundred. Now those powertanks are sweet! I've used CO2 once and it was awesome. I would keep a small compressor though just in case.
