I know its kinda discriminatory, but TWSS should be like the BST. Minimum post count to qualify for your exact situation.

No, I mean like you should only be able to be in TWSS if you have so many qualifying posts. So the guy that is a 10 year member with 12 posts can't play because it would be guessing game, but the 6 week guy that is an active participant in the TW community can get in since he made himself a part of it.

And like the BST, certain off topic posts don't count, etc.
