Got the bumper all fit together and pulled it off to fully weld. It’s coming along nicely.

@Casper66 @Darkgoatracer do you have any recommendations for paint guns for around $50? I’m thinking that now that I have this compressor, I will use a proper paint gun to paint my bumper and bedsides. Never used one before though so just getting this ball rolling now.

For $50 no. I would suggest checking what HF has. I have never used one of their guns and i understand this is a limitted use item for you so no need to invest alot in it. Anybody near you that maybe you could borrow one from?

No, none that I’m aware of. I’ll do some research and find a cheap gun to use on my bumper and see how it does. Then make a decision from there on whether or not to use it on the bedsides

This one may be ok. I'm not familiar with the brand but the 1.4 tip will be good for single stage or base clear kinda an all around tip. Adjustments and air pressure will make a big difference also

I got a 2 pack of the central pneumatic paint guns from harbor freight. They were the nicer ones for around 90$ a set and have worked out great. I dont see that set on their website anymore.

Some not so good pictures of my paint projects. Using omni paint they sprayed great. Of course there was trash in the paint from spraying in a garage. Still much better then spray paint. I use the detail gun instead of spray pain cans. 1000x better.

I’m looking at HF website now and there is quite the range of guns available ranging from $15 to $215. Oh my.

That’s why I want to get into the spray gun. It’ll be loads better than spray paint.
