Good on ya! You’ll love the HD bottle jack. They are properly stable & easy to use

I agree, it looks damn good. I keep debating on doing it. Also considering a tool box and just leaving the spare flat in the bed with y-strap. I wonder how this technique would look just past the tool box?
Can you put up the link? I get paranoid I'll order the wrong one.

Yeah I don’t really know about that combo, I imagine it’s not very common. I’m not sure how I feel about it.

I’m thinking I’ll just stick with a basic jack stand since I already have some laying around. Or get fancy and get an aluminum harbor freight jack and mount it behind the tire. Some people modify them to make a budget pro eagle

I'm looking for a good compact jack to carry on the truck at all times to change 35s if I get a flat. Recommendations welcome.

Yes that’s the one I have. I still haven’t had to change a flat with it yet but it’s been great so far. Randy linked my actual thread with the details earlier

Zip tied all the wires up out of the way and reconnected my tail lights. She’s finally driveable again. Now all that’s left is to bed line it and wire in my license plate lights.
