I'm planning to make a reversible mount for my spare that bolts into my toolbox. That way it'll be mounted for main use and daily, and then I can pull it off and bolt it inside the tool box (sans tire) to haul stuff.

Got my new 13” limit straps in. These are nice. They’re 4 ply which is the standard limit strap thickness. Before I had trail gear which are 6 ply. They’re nice but they’re so damn thick they don’t really flex well as the axle articulates.

RIP the intern in the shop over from mine that plugged a thumb drive into her .gov desktop not 20 minutes after sitting through a "Don't plug a thumb drive in the friggin computer!" class a few years ago.

Are all .gov computers supposed to make a car alarm-esque sound when you do that? Cuz this one did.

hahaha that's amazing. I don't know if they all make that sound, I don't think so. But then again I've never had anyone I work with plug anything in. That I'm aware of at least.

Security was not impressed. She came back an hour later with her badge cut in half, which meant "it is my last day and HR already outprocessed me."

It's pretty ridiculous. I'll put one on the toolbox and throw the rest away

Yea. I had a few company stickers on my truck up until last year, but realized it’s just free advertising. If I’m going to advertise for someone, it’ll be for myself.

My eyes were opened up to the shortcuts and money saving methods that some of the “armor” fabricators make when I started welding. Not something I want to freely advertise now.

Yea but it's so many extra Bro points at the mall.

I'm a decal whore. I bought 4 more TacomaWorld decals last night (I think that makes at least a dozen now), a shitload of decals off Randy yesterday (although id history teaches us anything, I won't see them until 2023) and I just bought two from the The Bike Therapy crowd today because they support veterans.
