Adrenaline is a hell of a drug . I'm too lazy to find a slow mo version, but I bet he soaked up at least 5. Great job getting the off hand in the fight to protect the weapon and herself. Hand to hand skills matter.

I decided to swap my 650x14” coils for 600x14” coils due to the even lighter front end. Man it rides like a dream. Just need to check my alignment and good to go. I have 6 threads of preload passenger side and 8 threads driver side. The bed is empty in this pic so once I add a couple hundred pounds of my spare, co2, tools, camping gear, etc. it should level out a little.

Airing up the tires post haste. It's about 45 seconds per tire vs 3:30 per tire now.

Always good to ask questions if you're unsure. That's how we learn!

I prefer the trial and error method...tends to have longer lasting effects...you know really "burn" in the lesson to be learned, unless you are me as a little one who not only touched the stove top after being told not to/it is hot, but went in WITH THE SAME hand for a reconfirmation sizzzzlllleeeee!!!!

And to think my parents had another one after all that I put them through!!

You can also run a pony keg off of it with a few parts.

Are you using the back rail to anchor your 5th wheel strap?

Yeah, I use the side bed wall fixed cleat...but was considering stealing a buddy w/a 2nd gen and doesn't use the back rail...ie shorten the two end anchoring points with back tslot rail and some tslot eyelets or something would shorten the strap "span".

Also might have to steal that quickfist spot for shovel/ax mounting down the road.

I wrap the strap around the wheel once or else my tire “walks”. I’ve been trying to find an inexpensive solution for a while to mount the spare in the bed and this is the best I’ve found.

It works great! I just used self tapping screws right into the bed.

Yep, wrap around wheel/tire then feed it into cam strap.
