If you know how to weld, I recommend reinforcing the lca eyes with some tube. I forget the diameter, but it was 1/8” wall. This is the most common place I’ve seen these lcas fail, the eyelet separating from the arm itself.

I like that a lot. Good of time as ever to do it with them off the truck.

Yep exactly, and the bushing out, otherwise you’d cook it with heat. I also plated the bottom of the lca with 1/4” but that’s much less a necessity. I just had the steel on hand so I figured may as well.

Yeah, sorta. All I did was take some tube, cut out a 2” sliver, then cut it in half. Wrap it around the lca eye and weld it. Why, you wanna pair? I have some tube laying around. Not 100% it’s the right size.

Let me see what I can do. It’ll be tricky fitting them up on an lca since mine are already modded

5100s and OME 885 coils front, 5100s and AAL for the TSB leaf pack (overload left in) rear. Jeraco camper shell.
How'd it go? Had to air hammer mine for what I assumed was the first service at 35K. After that its been easy to remove. If you catch something on fire, pics would be appreciated.

He does semi-professional adult films on the side

Fun Fact: Randall is HIS stunt double for all the wide angle shots in his videos.
