A simulated experience will work, however at the very minimum you need an open flame, camping companions, a sleeping structure, TP, a vehicle nearby, and some sort of fauna. DC powered illumination is a must as well. Any knife longer than 12".

    The following are prohibited.
PVC/Copper Plumbing for potable or waste water.
    Anything made of asphalt.
Vertical, permanent structures taller than 7'.
More than 2 pair of any one type of clothing.
    Shaving equipment of any kind.
    Latex, rubber, or banjos.
    Silverware, flatware or hardware.
    Anything pink.
    Hamsters.

Banjos and camping are like oil and water. They just don't mix.

Well, these might be considered emergency rations during extreme circumstances. Or if Randall forgets the fruit rollups.

    Here's the original.

Growin' up we spent a lot of time fishin' and crabbin' and eating both at places down by the water. There was always live music. Washboards, spoons, and wash tub bases. Hell at one time I even got maself a Jaw Harp. I could play it. It was a weekly ritual to watch Hee Haw. I've been known to wear overalls.

    One of the greats

    Then there is just legendary!!!!

If I am ever someplace where there is a bluegrass festival and I don't go, you can kick me in the butt.

Movie trivia time: the guy playing the guitar in Deliverance is the same actor that played Kohagen in Total Recall among other great 80s baddies.
