Selectable lockers are definitely nice, but you might want to check out the Powertrax No-Slip if they make one for your application. I recently installed on in the 14 bolt in the rear of my FJ60 and I'm very happy with it. I get occasional clunks, but nothing like a Detroit.

Or, what about a factory e-locker? Wouldn't that bolt in?

This is all great stuff Brother. The studs are cheap as hell too at Autozone. :fistbump:

Pro tip: they seem to run out often. Grab as many as you can. I have a box of 12 at home just for shits and giggles.

I don't like those either. Unless they've been redesigned, they unlock when you roll backwards. Start at the 15:00 mark and he mentions the specific flaw around the 16:30 mark.

That's actually what I have right now and have had it for two years now. It works but it's so damn clunky and jerky and is really exacerbated in a manual transmission truck.

That's me mailing in my already regeared diffs. For my front it was $900 locker, $200 labor to add it, and $50 shipping.

TJM doesn’t offer it or ECGS doesn’t offer it?

ECGS doesn't have it on their site anymore. According to TJM, the locker still exists and ECGS is still a vendor for them.

I'm also going to get a single arb compressor and wire up the lockers in the normal sense, i.e. how ARB recommends. Right now I'm actuating the front right off my powertank. The compressor will also act as a backup air source in the event I run out of CO2. It'll be slow, but at least it'll work.

So much going on all of the sudden for someone that has temporarily postponed their off road involvement. I am so confused. :der:
