    Good morning Lair.

    Finally found that annoying af chirping. Found it while replacing the muffler. Manifold bracket is being eaten up by rust and every time I put the truck in gear it starts rubbing against itself hence the chirp. I applied some grease and bang! Chirping gone...I'll probably cut off the bracket at some point.

    So yeah, I'm just gonna do headers next year.

    Just use a brass brush and brush them by hand. Brass will not damage anything harder than it. :thumbsup:

    Interesting read. That copper line so close to the gear looks so damn sketchy. I suppose once it's formed in there the pressure doesn't cause any movement. Still sketchy looking.
