I went through JD fab so I could get the hose fittings and lengths perfect. He ordered it through King directly and had them set up the tune per JD Fab specs to work best with the kit. It'll drop ship from King to me.

Yeah I saw him on Facebook last week that he’d be opening up. What’s the price looking like?

I'm hoping mine were some of the last they had on the shelves or that's what I'm telling myself if not I got my order in a few weeks before you so I can use that and just subtract. But like everything I've ordered it'll get here when it gets here and I'm in no rush. Plus I'm getting some parts with some extra bling so that may add some time as well.

Yeah I don’t mind the wait, or at least that’s what I’m telling myself. It’ll give me time to save for the uca double sheer, steering kit and I’ll get his spindle gusset at the same time. Just trade someone for their stock spindles for $60, or whatever their spindle gusset costs

The UCA gussets are only like 100 bucks or something like that. Their double shear steering is soooooo nice! I can tell a difference and am more confident with it. You gonna get the slide rack thingy?

Eventually, yes but not anytime soon. I’ll slowly piece together the front end to be JD beef. Except their LCA kit, no desire to do that whatsoever

So my new archive relocate is actually a new tower of theirs (surprise!). It’s designed to run a 2.0x12 smoothie and be more crawler oriented. I agreed to install it due to it getting the upper eyelet a few inches higher. I matched the angle of the shock to my previous setup because I know it worked and I know the numbers work as far as bump travel.

It gave me the opportunity to fix my lowers and remove the 1/2” bumpstop spacer I had in there, so I gained a little up travel. I also gained 1” of ground clearance at the lower mounts.

Eric will be making a thread for it in the coming days with all the details as far as pricing and availability.

I have no clue what all is needed but marlin gave up on the marack and recommends this.

It looks like it’ll really only work when RCLT

“Best of all, the MarRack never needs to be narrowed or shortened because RCLT HD has it's own geometry!”

Pretty sure similar mods have to be done to this as with the tundra rack as this one is based off the same chassis as the tundra sequoia, could be wrong.

The couldn't make the marrack at a decent price point so they altered the RCLT to work with a Toyota rack. Im betting Randy can alter it to work as well lol.

So exactly what is the MarRack?
The MarRack was originally designed from the strongest Koyo Seiko steering rack used on a non-commercial vehicle and was meant to be a 100% custom & bolt-in Marlin Crawler product. We sent RCLT HD designs to Japanese and US rack manufactures but ultimately could not make a MarRack at a competitive price point. As a result, the design of RCLT HD was carefully altered to allow a Toyota-based solution to work which is internally known as the "MarRack 2.0", now sourced from a 200-series Land Cruiser. Compared to a 2nd gen Tundra rack, the MarRack is stronger, larger, has an increased cooling capacity, and has three frame mounts instead of two. Best of all, the MarRack never needs to be narrowed or shortened because RCLT HD has it's own geometry!

Because it already is and you still have to modify the mounting locations as well. In the end it's very similar to the tundra rack it also looses about the same steering angle as the tundra rack. It's safe to assume that they are doing something really similar to a modified tundra rack with it. I spent my money with basikbiker on the tundra rack and his work is well worth what he charges.

But if you were to use the LC 200 with stock or other LT suspension I bet you'd have to modify it to work. Simply because MC really put a lot into where that outer tie rod location is for bump steer and to accommodate a non modified rack.

The same guy that makes my soon to be LT offers a slide rack type deal which I’ll jump on. It basically wraps around the oem rack and beefs it up, taking away any deflection and whatever. I don’t fully understand it but I know I want it.
