In the process of building a miniature flex ramp. Finished most of it today, should be done tomorrow. What a fun project. Its 27” tall.

The center pin does nothing for the leaf springs once they are on the truck. What you need to get is double check u-bolt torque and a set of these clamps. It looks like the deavers do not have the OL spring included in the clamps with their main pack, hence the reason for the shift.

Sheesh, I just did a rough count of 20’ of weld being laid on that ramp. All in 1” segments. No wonder it felt like so much effort.
