I just ordered a new front main seal, where the crank pulley is. I've always had some seepage but my last trip to Rausch did it in. Possibly from the 93 octane I had to put in? Maybe increased pressure finished her off? I dunno, but now I'll pepper my passenger wheel well with oil on long drives.

Dried mud and silt destroyed mine and it’s 10 years newer than yours. It just happens.

fortunately it’s not a hard thing to get to.

Yep, I had to have all new pulleys at the same time as the front main seal.

I am much better about keeping my engine bay rinsed out now.......lol

I need to make some better wheel well splash guards at some point to try and keep it somewhat clean.

There was a guy selling the stencil for you to make your own. I have it.

I can't send you the original but I can trace it and send it

Been hanging onto it for years. Almost lost it but then my brother wanted it.

Can't really justify the cost of those ark guards

If they were about half of what they are, I would just do it and not waste my time making a set. $120 for rubbers that go under the truck, is a bit insane

Just realized you guys are talking about the rubber flippity flappy deals. And I'm talking about the actual liner. I should really just stick with doing work.

Id take that. I cut mine out after 33s and bumper. Worried about dirt and crap building up in that gap right there by the door hinge.

Ditto. I had to rip what was left of my chopped one all the way out this weekend. If you can wait a bit I'm more than happy to pass around the template to folks. I think the 2nd and 3rd gen have the same basic shape. Mounting holes may be different. Either way, it's a place to start.

I just kept trimming it and the wind on the highway kept pulling more down and rubbing the tire till I got fed up with it this past trip to Arkansas and just ripped what was left out.
I figure I'll leave some of the metal when I cut 2" out of the fenders, for the LT travel I'll have in the rear when I finally get around to installing my JD fab kit, and use that as new mounting points. Just need a blank template for the shape.

Since everyone is in an ordering mood, I took the plunge and ordered a giant new car scent tree air freshener.
