No joke, his jogging stroller has rear shocks on it. I was looking for somewhere to put the Kings sticker on it but there's no good spot.

To be fair, BAMF discloses this upfront.

Seems flawed when the majority of the aftermarket leafs for tacomas are berlin style. Dakars, Icon RXT, dobinsons, OEM.

edit: I just noticed he said that's for their shackles, not hangers.

I was just pointing out that OME are standard eye and that BAMF states upfront that the leaves need to be cut to run with their setup or that binding could happen like in that photo. @geekhouse23 is right they were designed to be run with deavers. Its not that there was not product testing like mentioned above. The issue with OME and needed modification to run them together is fully disclosed on their webpage and discussed in length in the BAMF hanger thread. The information to have avoided that issue in the photo was available.

I’ve yet to see the leafs get wedged UNDER the hanger, have you? All the discussion I’ve seen regarding trimming Dakar’s has been in regards to the second leaf jamming the shackle, which is a Dakar issue, not a hanger or shackle issue.

edit: and even in that screenshot posted, Jerry states trimming is necessary for their shackles, not hangers.

No, I haven't seen that. If they were trimmed as recommended, I don't think that would have happened though.

    Agree, fuck dakars. :fistbump:

Back to you working on your truck and providing me (and others) inspiration.
