What kind of mileage you getting out of the Tundy round town? Towing?

 

I get 17-19 on the highway and 11-13 around town unloaded. Towing, I average 9-11 mpg.

 

Doing some bed rearranging. The main thing was getting the powertank down low because I may put a tonneau cover on, plus I think it looks nicer without it peeking up over the bedside. Everything is biased drivers side but the pro eagle and hi lift are probably a combined 100 lbs so that should even it out.

 

Roof top tent would make that bed look nice.

 

Would it though??? Or would a tonneau covering everything look nice and not kill my visibility. I lean towards that one.

 

Visibility is overrated. Have blind faith.

Are you going to have to bob the tonneau to fit the bed or are you going to debob the bed to fit the tonneau?

 

That’s the beauty of bobbing down to shortbed size, in theory I can just put a shortbed cover on there.

Could make more room in the bed with a swingout for the spare

I’ll have you know that the “drive on the strap” thing worked brilliantly this evening. Tried it for the first time letting someone else try and drive up the ramp.
