    Somehow one of the bolts is cross threaded and won’t undo so I get to cut that out which is fun.

    Got that stupid bolt out and had perfect replacements on hand, so no real foul there. I got the back half all welded together minus onto the muffler exit. I’m going to paint everything in a high temp paint and then do the final weld. I’ll also do some slight tweaks at that time to best center the tip inside the bezel. It just needs to come up about 1/8”.

    Mig welding 14 gauge butt joints with no gap and it’s bound to happen. Nowhere for the weld puddle to flow so it builds up on the surface.
