Looks about like how my friend Corey (IG: @coreycito ) has his tundra setup.

I installed the system today @08TRDOFFROAD. I’m freaking whooped! Overall it wasn’t too bad, but I’m still thankful I had my knowledge and tools at my disposal. It was indeed 99% plug and play. Only “wiring” I really had to do was extend the provided harness on the front two doors. All factory wiring was untouched though.

It is a secret. Bilstein's entire marketing department should be fired and replaced, I can't believe how bad their marketing is. Even the fact that they pay a softporn star a $140k/year salary for doing nothing is ridiculous.

But when the 7 video series I was shooting in California for our youtube channel comes out, it might not be as much of a secret anymore. Unless it only gets a couple thousand views like most of my videos, which would be very disappointing haha.

You heard it here first, because we haven't actually released any information, but I went out and bought 5 different suspension setups, and two of us test drove every one on the exact same truck, completely blind, without knowing which setup we were testing until we had done all 5. We had another tech install each setup so we honestly had no clue. I really wanted to remove all bias, and it was pretty illuminating.

Really excited to release all the videos, but it's a TONNE of editing, and we are only half way through so far.

That's why we had to do it in the desert where there weren't any trees or cliffs

It sounds really crispy. Took some tweaking of the amp settings to get it to stop hissing but now that it’s dialed in it’s so worth it.

I’m heading to Arizona for a few days in early may to check out the area and do some house hunting and rented a corvette. :jpow: I booked it through Turo and it ended up being less expensive than a shitty compact car from enterprise.

Turo is awesome. I rented a Porsche Cayman for a fraction of what some of the other places wanted. And I mean fraction. Best three days in a vehicle, ever!

That's good to hear! The people with the car are a smaller rental company about 15 min from the airport so that gives me some peace of mind that it's not some shady operation. Not to mention they have hundreds of glowing reviews. 750 miles included so I may take a drive out to lake havasu area to visit family. Gotta get my moneys worth.

Use all the miles! I had the Porsche as a quick weekend thing. I ran all the local twisties and put as many miles on it as I was allowed to.

Just know they are equipped with a bunch of gps, accelerometer, etc sensors to know if you're out there hot-rodding their cars.

Oh I believe it. I wasn’t planning on doing anything rowdy at all, just some pulls for freeway merging.

I'm not surprised at all. If I was 10 years younger I might be dumb about it but I'm not about to catch a ticket or jail time doing some dumb shit with someone elses property.

For now it's just a temporary thing, 3 years thanks to the air force. After that another 3 years somewhere else and then she's done. For now we're just going to rent for a year and then if we like it and could see putting down roots there, we'll buy a home and then let a property management company rent it out for a few years while we're somewhere else .
