Whew, haven’t been in here in a minute. Now that I’m not towing Betty white anymore, I removed the tow mirrors and put stock ones back on. While super functional, I always thought the tow mirrors looked a little goofy. 3564ADA8-A771-42CF-8AC1-CE0935F2FE5D.jpg

Surprisingly, no. I missed the truck a little bit on my last trip and I was around other Toyota's, but nowhere near the level of "regret".

Probably throw them back on for the cross country haul and then sell them once I get to AZ.

Kind of a spur of the moment decision. Bought a boat and needed some more power to pull it so we took advantage of the used car market awhile back. Hated to see her go but wife was just a few months shy of paying off her Heep so it made more sense.

While we're talking about things people dislike, I'm strongly considering selling the Tundra once I get to AZ and buying a ridgeline. The 2021+ got a boxier front end and it looks less like a minivan with a bed. Less expensive to operate, more comfortable to drive, easier to park, I can fit in the garage, etc. Only reason I got the Tundra to begin with was to tow Betty White.

    You can see yourself out.

The Ridgeline gets a lot of hate, but it’s more than enough truck for most of us. Just remember that 2nd gen Tundra’s are expensive and hard to find if you ever change your mind.
