What optic do you run? Gonna pick one up for my personal carry gun...

Holosun 507C. Chose it over the RDS because I wouldn't have to zero it every time I swapped batteries. However, with the new Trijicon RMR that is top loading battery, it'd be a much harder decision.

That said, if I had to do it all over again in 2023, I vote a closed emitter optic like the 509, ACRO, new enclosed Trijicon verison, etc. Open emitters get very dirty on the inside lens that is hard to clean, esp with CCW. Dust, belly button lint....

I have been looking at the 509. I can get it for 375 with my LEO discount.

If it fits your holsters (esp if running a hooded safariland), I'd highly recommend it.

Anyone in here have any need or desire for a set of retrofits for an 05-11?

Bought them second hand so I don't know all the technical specs, but know they are the morimoto ballasts and such.

Looking to let them go for a fraction of what I paid for them.

Something along the lines of a proper set of ditch lights. Or about $350 (tree fiddy)

So tempted. My cheap ebay projectors are starting to peel and show there $150 price tag.

Ouch. I just got over a cold, took me four weeks to fully kick it but the second week had me wiped out. I was fortunate enough to just sleep most of the time at least.

Yeah, I'm at the tail end of week two...but the last few nights/mornings have been the roughest.

On a positive note, I'm nearly done with my shift. Just waiting for the graveyard crew to get here so I can go home and chill.

Sounds like the big C word to me. I have watched enough Greys Anatomy on tv to know when its the C word

I honestly have wondered. I should probably test. My sister's whole family just had it...again...and they were even vaxed and boosted...

I took an at home test and was neg but who knows. Luckily symptoms weren’t too bad, I never popped a fever. Just chest congestion and coughing up phlegm, and some tiredness and occasional night sweats.
