I actually had a sketchy sale today as well! Guy creeped me out but paid and got back in his truck then proceeded to follow me for a few blocks literally right behind me, I decided to drop the pedal and get the hell outa dodge, drove around campus to make sure he wasn't following before I went back to my apartment.

 

WTF is wrong with people! Online sales are both a blessing and a curse.

 

And he was in law enforcement uniform but I'm fairly certain it wasn't genuine, no badge that I could see, and he didn't hold himself like law enforcement.

 

Although my super secret purchase today was actually a really nice encounter

 

That's weird man. I've had nothing but good luck with CL so far, so maybe I'll just stick to that.

 

Yeah I use my ole military training too. I have 2 dogs as well and prefer them to any alarm system lol. KS has open carry but I rarely do. I'm very old school in my way of wanting to protect my family or myself with my bare hands before a weapon of any kind if i had to anyways lol. Most people are intimated by my size to begin with so im lucky there.

That definitely helps! I'm 6' 160lbs so I'm not exactly intimidating. I'll take any advantage I can get, and that's in the form of my smith and Wesson. I pray I never have to use it, but I will if necessary.

I'm very familiar with those! That's what we train on, and when I worked security for a year I carried it every day. Probably put close to 500 rounds through one with all the quals we had to do. Very easy to shoot and comfortable in the hand, but pretty big.

I have an M&P shield, 9mm with night sights and no safety. Can squeeze 8+1 in that little guy! It's my 3rd concealed carry gun, and will stick around for awhile because I like its size.

 

i never do craigs deal at night time nor at the home. always during day at a home depot. I am usually packing something and there is pretty much a fishing knife in the front and rear of my truck as well.

 

Yeah it's what I was trained on too. Another job got to use the Sig 226, nice balance. Your size reference is probably why I never carry it as well now that I think about it lol.
