    Yeah, luckily I don't need to do anything too crazy. 44 push ups in 2 minutes, 54 sit ups in 2 min, and some sort of cardio. We get to pick between running, swimming, treadmill, bike or elliptical and I do the bike.

    Got my UCAs in! Also put some grip tape on my sliders. Stood on them while wet and damn near broke my ankle doing so! This will help and I left a small gap to try and save my calves when getting out of the truck.

    That is exactly my dog! She'll only chase sticks but won't play fetch just wants to turn them into mulch. I throw a ball to her just to laugh at her letting it hit her in the head. Oh and she can't catch treats either same outcome.
