With a pellet grill 375* with Hickory pellets for about 6 hrs (wrap in foil after 4-5) is the tits! I got the Recipe from a local BBQ restaurant owner I know and couldn’t believe it at first as I did 225* for 8-10 hrs before and his was waaay faster and was delicious.

Nope! Hard work is where it is at! As for smarter not harder either way I’m drinking beer out in the sunshine! Might as well touch wood instead of waiting for poop!

 

I tried to smoke a salmon once but I couldn’t keep it lit...









Well, maybe once or twice.

 

I like cracking a beer throw the meat on turn the timer to 5hrs, do stuff around the house I need to catch up on, timer goes off wrap the meat 1 hr later done!..I used to labor with wood & charcoal but found out taste is the same and I get a lot more done especially when it’s cold AF and I’m still grilling same temp all the time in any weather and more beer drank, more chores finished Win/Win. My new XL has a app with temp controls when it reach’s the internal temp it lets me know it’s done!..Suhweet! Plus Grass cut, oil changed, and tires rotated!

 

Somebody has to pick up the slack
