    So I got people installing a split unit HVAC system on Friday. Another guy doing a drainage system in the backyard cause I have some flooding when it rains. Then I bought a bunch of lawn stuff, that electric battery powered 40v lawn mower. Light weight and awesome, but lacks power on the heavy stuff. The heat out here has been brutal. Also got my license and plates changed over. So unfortunately I lost my custom plate, but I still may change it soon. Wife hates the Virginia plate.
    New fridge and stuff should be coming tomorrow. Kids have been driving me crazy. So I signed them up for summer camp at the YMCA (best YMCA I've ever seen and I grew up going to a lot of different ones). But they always fight me on going in the mornings.

    Awesome! You will love A/C down there! I think it is required for survival, isn't it?
    What kind of drain are they installing? Does it go to the front of the house, like out to the street?
    Awww piss. You lost the ANAL ANIMAL plate, huh? That sucks. Maybe it is available in Virginia. You should be able to go on the Virginia Dept. Motor Vehicle (or whatever they call it there) and see if a plate idea is taken already. Worth a try.
    You need them kids mowing the lawns, raking leaves, painting... There ain't no free ride. Teach 'em young!

    Happy to hear things are going well for you! I think you have rounded the corner for "The Move." Good for you Ben!

    I have an HVAC system. They are adding a second smaller system to supplement.
    And i checked for animal. It was taken lol.
    The guy said he's gonna do 5 inch brass pipes underground running from the roof gutter drains. About 2 feet down into the ditch area behind the property. The front doesn't have any issues that I've noticed.
    These kids are bums! They don't do crap but play and eat and poop.

    Brass pipes? Is that the standard in that region? Sounds spendy.

    Yeah, another smaller unit for the master bedroom and the garage. Total is around 6k.

    For the pipes. No idea. He recommended it and I said why not.

    The whole time I've been down here. The Tundra thing has been on my mind. Financially it doesn't make sense for me. But the idea is there. Just getting all the stuff the house needs out of the way.

    You know whats been killing me! My fucking DMV picture!!! I know for a fact it came out horrible. But the lady wouldn't let me take another picture. I NEVER get any good pictures on drivers licenses. This sucks.
