    Ahh ot never fun.. I do like alil ot but not a lot :( hang in there , good finding more and more things nothing major yet ( knock on wood) ready to start the garage two more nights then I’m off for 2 weeks :rolleyes:

    What’s the reasoning for you having to work OT?

    I took Friday off with no pay, we been slow this year. I’ll work the store some and Cole and I need to trim some trees.

    A number of factors tie into the OT dealio:
    Vacant positions.
    Mechanic loaned out to other shop for out of town work.
    We perform work for other shops.
    Personnel off work due to COVID.
    We're behind on our scheduled work.
    Several big jobs are squeezing our labor.
